This past week I chatted with Dustin Faber on his 16-bit Catholic Podcast. Like me, Dustin is a young Catholic who enjoys video games and new media, so we naturally hit it off.
Our whole interview focused on the biggest social media mistakes Catholics make–and how to avoid them. Some of the ones we covered include:
- Using social media to blast out announcements
- Being institutional instead of human and relational
We also talked about the new “.catholic” domain purchase, covering both the positives and negatives. And we wrapped things up with some video game banter. I revealed my two all-time favorite videos games and discussed why I think people still enjoy the classics.
