What does it look like to receive the New Testament for the first time?

Most of us take it for granted that we have access to the Bible. We can read it anytime we want–in print, online, or even on our phones. Yet even now, in 2011, plenty of people around the world still don’t have access to the Bible in their own language.

For one obscure Asian tribe, however, that reality just changed. Watch below as people from the Kimyal tribe in West Papau, Indonesia sing, dance, and exude joy as they receive copies of the New Testament for the first time in their native tongue:
